At the end of the booking process you can choose the payment method that suits you best between PayPal or Stripe. The online payment is made in complete safety and guarantee of your personal data.

In each tour in the appropriate section of the policy you can find a reference to the Rain Policy with the appropriate description.

In case of rain or bad weather some tours cannot be performed for safety reasons, especially adventure tours, will be replaced by:

• Another similar experience in the same location that is performed in case of rain.
• Or the possibility to change the date to be used within a year.
• No refund will be granted in this case.

Tickets purchased on www.magnificenttuscany.com will be refundable if you e-mail us your request for cancellation and in the percentage of the following steps. (excluded bank charges)

• There will be no penalty for cancellations communicated via email at least 15 days prior to date of excursion departure.
• Cancellation from 15 to 7 days prior to date of excursion departure: 15% of deposit.
• Cancellation from 7 days to 48hrs prior the date of excursion departure: 25% of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior the date of excursion departure: 100% of deposit.
• In case of no show, tickets will not be refundable: 100% of deposit.
• You can change the date and/or time already booked with an extra fee apply.

You can book the car with driver/guide at your disposal for up to 7 days of the booking or when you make the booking request on the “Additional information” field or by sending an email to book@magnificenttuscany.com.

We can arrange transport for your tour experience destination according to your convenience with an extra fee apply.
